Operator Roundtable Discussion

Marijuana Rescheduling and Your Testing Program

A complimentary half-day briefing for operator clients.

Houston, TX – Thursday, November 5, 2026
Hyatt Regency Houston Downtown

In April 2026, FDA-approved marijuana drug products and state-licensed medical marijuana were placed in Schedule III. A broader rescheduling proceeding is still underway. DOT’s position, so far, has not changed; however, that possibility remains.

Join NCMS and a room of your peers in downtown Houston to work through what’s settled, what isn’t, and what it means for your DOT and Non-DOT programs.

What we'll cover

  1. Where rescheduling actually stands
A brief walkthrough of the April 2026 order, the pending proceedings, and DOT’s current status. Plus, we’ll discuss the potential impacts.

  2. A first look at NCMS Connect
We’ll show you glimpses of our new contractor monitoring web platform – NCMS Connect. We’ll discuss the features and roadmap. We’ll have time to get your input too.

  3. Lunch with ISNetworld
ISN representatives will join us over lunch and take questions directly from you.
